By accessing any Cyber Hitters digital property—including cyberhitters.com, getcyberboss.com, or using our CRM software “Cyber Boss”—you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use our platforms.

  • "You" / "Client" – The person or business using our services.
  • "Cyber Hitters", "We", "Us" – Cyber Hitters, LLC and its affiliates.
  • "Services" – Our CRM, marketing tools, automations, and all web-based resources.
  • "SaaS Model" – A usage-based, direct-billed service account.

🔐 Intellectual Property & Ownership

All platform content—including text, software, branding, designs, and systems—are owned by Cyber Hitters, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of our content or platform without explicit written permission.

💼 CRM Usage & SaaS Transition Policy

Cyber Boss may be offered for free under a growth program. By using it, you agree to:

  1. Fair Use Intent – The free CRM is meant for small business owners.
  2. Usage Thresholds – If your activity exceeds sustainable costs, you will be moved to a SaaS plan (with usage fees for email, SMS, phone, voicemail).
  3. Billing Model – Under SaaS, all costs are billed at provider rates (no markup).
  4. Email Verification & Ringless Voicemail – Only available on SaaS accounts.
  5. $500 Reactivation Fee – If blocked by Mailgun, Twilio, or other services, you must pay a non-refundable reactivation fee via ACH, Zelle, or wire to restore access.


🚫 Marketing Restrictions & Anti-Spam Policy

We strictly enforce:

  • No Cold Email/SMS under free accounts
  • No spam behavior—any violations reported by Mailgun or Twilio result in immediate deletion with no refund
  • SaaS transition is required to access higher-risk features or marketing at scales or marketing at scale


Chargeback, Ban, and Account Enforcement

  1. Instant Termination – Filing a chargeback = permanent account deletion
  2. Banned from Re-Access – No new accounts allowed after a chargeback
  3. Outstanding Usage Fees – Still owed regardless of account status
  4. $500 Reinstatement Fee – If re-approval is granted, full payment required before access is restored (we reserve full discretion)


💳 Refund Policy

  • CRM Refunds – Available within 7 days of first payment only
  • Funnel Setup = No Refunds – If the funnel build begins, refund is void
  • Website Setup = No Refunds – If the website build begins, refund is void
  • Marketing Services Setup = No Refunds – If any marketing services set up begins, refund is void
  • One Account Rule – Customers who receive a refund may not open new accounts. All future accounts will be deleted with no refund.


🔄 Snapshot & Account Transfers

  • $100 Transfer Fee – Applies to account transitions or snapshot imports
  • Free for Managed CRM Users – Waived for those on our top-tier plan


🧱 Platform & Provider Limitations

  • Cyber Hitters uses third-party platforms (e.g., Go High Level, HubOne, Twilio, Mailgun).
  • You agree to be bound by their Terms & Conditions when using our system.
  • If they block your account for abuse or compliance issues, you are liable.


👥 User Content & Posting

We reserve full rights to monitor, modify, or remove any content, including comments or uploads.

  • Posting inappropriate, harmful, or infringing content may result in a ban
  • All public content may be used or reused at our discretion


⚖️ Jurisdiction & Legal Enforcement

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes governed by the laws of Nevada
  • Venue: Exclusive legal forum is Clark County – Las Vegas, NV
  • No Class Actions: Claims must be filed individually—no collective or class action suits permitted


🔒 Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: We provide tools, not promises. Your results depend on your execution.
  • No Damages: We’re not liable for loss of revenue, data, profits, or reputation
  • Maximum Liability: Limited to the lesser of $500 or your last 30 days’ payment, whichever is less. 


📡 Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate any user or account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected abuse
  • Chargebacks or fraud attempts
  • Provider compliance alerts
